Annual accounts

The OPC can guarantee its rigorous management which reassures donors, be they individuals or businesses, to support us in the knowledge of where their donation is going and how it is being used :

 The accounts are certified by a government auditor ;
 The accounts are set up by an independent accounting firm ;
 The OPC is voluntarily a member of the Comité de la Charte - Don en confiance (an organisation which oversees the finances of charities and foundations).

IN COMPARISON TO 2010

Declining Resources

The OPC’s resources have fallen by 31.61% within one year, despite having the same amount of support from donors as in 2010. This is due to a large reduction of subsidies from patron companies who are facing economic difficulties, as well as legacies which is a resource known to be unpredictable and often fairly unsystematic.

Significant decrease on spending

Faced with a decline of resources, the OPC has managed to reduce expenditures by 19.01% without affecting its missions, by considerably reducing its personnel and operating expenses.

Significant donations

 Optical equipment sent to Mali worth €214,910 ;
 Free full page of advertising in the ’Direct Matin’ newspaper on 31/01/2011, worth €70,400.
